Walter Hill - Chief Executive Officer ceo@wuw.org
Walter received his Bachelor of Science degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL. He moved to the Dothan area in 1986 and was named Chief Executive Officer of the Wiregrass United Way in April of 2003. In 2012 and 2013 he is serving as President of the United Ways of Alabama, the state association of all of the United Way organizations in the state. Over the years, Walter has been active in a number of civic and community organizations. He is currently Vice President of the Dothan Rotary Club and Producer for the Miss Alabama Pageant. He and his wife Melanie are active members of First Baptist Church.

Sonja Byrd - Administrative Assistant sonja@wuw.org
Sonja is a graduate of Wallace Community College and joined the Wiregrass United Way staff in April of 1991. She currently serves as the Coordinator for the Emergency Food & Shelter Program for Houston and Dale County. Previously she has served on the board of a number of organizations. She is a member of Berean Baptist Church and enjoys volunteering, making jewelry, fishing and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Billy have 2 sons, 1 daughter and 6 grandchildren. |

Donna received her Bachelor's Degree from Auburn University and an M.B.A in Accounting from Troy University, Dothan Campus. She has been with the Wiregrass United Way since April of 2006. She is a member of the local chapter of Management Accountants, WAHRM, Auburn Alumni Association and Troy University Alumni Association. She has 3 children; Trey graduated in 2009 from University of Alabama and also holds a Masters Degree in Taxation; Seth also graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Civil Engineering; and Whitni attends Auburn University. |

Mindy Collier - Coffee & Geneva County Area Manager mindy@wuw.org
Mindy graduated from the University of Alabama - Huntsville with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She first was involved with United Way as a Loaned Executive in 1992, shortly after moving to Enterprise, AL. She became a WUW staff member in September of 2000. Mindy is a member of the Enterprise Rotary Club, serves as Secretary for the Recovery Organization of Coffee County, is a member of the Coffee County Association of Service Agencies and the Praise & Worship Team at First Baptist Church, where she and her husband, Roger are members.

Laura Nall is originally from Blakely, Ga. She studied Business Management at Bainbridge Junior College and joined the Wiregrass United Way team in March of 2010. She is married to Keith Nall and they have three children, Langley, Caleb, and Brooklyn. Laura enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family, and coaching and judging pageants. Laura, Keith, and their children now call Headland, Al home and attend First Baptist Church of Headland. |

Jessica graduated in 2004 from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Event Marketing. She began working with the Wiregrass United Way in April of 2005. She is a Board Member of Dothan Area Young Professionals, serves as an Ambassador for the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Southeast Alabama Advertising Federation and Houston County Complete Count Census Committee. She and her husband, Josh, and children, Anna Lee and Mac, reside in Dothan and attend St. Columba Catholic Church. |

Taylor graduated Summa Cum Laude from Troy University in Troy, AL with a degree in print journalism/public relations in 2007. She began working with the Wiregrass United Way in May of 2008. Taylor is also a contributing writer for Dothan Magazine. A former resident of Headland, Alabama, she now resides in Ozark with her husband, Brandon. |
