Fundraising Efforts have been one of the most visible activities that United Way has done in the past. However, the United Way is not "in the business" of fundraising. Raising money is simply a strategy we employ to achieve measurable change in the community. The pages in this section of the web site give information on the various fundraising activities we perform throughout the year, as well as resources for those involved in the campaigns.

The Annual Campaign As our largest source of revenue, the Annual Campaign is a vital part of what we do, and is the main stream of revenue for our partnering agencies and programs.
Combined Federal Campaign The Wiregrass United Way manages the fundraising campaign among federal workers here in the Wiregrass. This includes all Department of Defense personel and postal workers.
The State Campaign Like the CFC, we conduct the official fundraising solicitation of all State Employees working in this area.
Loaned Executives LE's are those individuals who have been graciously lent to the United Way to hekp during the Campaign by their community minded employers.
Pacesetters The earliest campaigns conducted in the late summer are called "Pacesetters", and they play a large part in our fundraising success.
