The Wiregrass United Way has reached the mid point of its annual campaign. At a campaign report meeting for volunteers, the organization announced that to date they had raised $1,298,706 which represents 50.82% of the $2,555,555.55 goal. (click for full story)

The Wiregrass United Way is driven by a mission which dictates
that we provide efficient outcomes to the social problems faced by the citizens
in our area. It gives the community a way for citizens to put aside personal
agendas, to join with others to identify the human care issues that matter most,
to develop a plan of action, and to get the problems solved.
