Click here to go to our Needs Assessment Form, which can be filled out and submitted online. The results of this survey will be used as a tool for the United Way as community volunteers decide how to best distribute the dolalrs we raise during our Annual Fund Raising efforts.
The United Way has partnered with Troy State University to conduct this survey, and they are currently in the process of polling individuals in the Wiregrass with this same form.
